I have finally gotten around to making some recordings again. Life has been busy as usual.

    More to come this evening seeing as this is Memorial Day. I plan to perform a piece on either the organ or the piano. The update should come this evening.

    A solemn organ Voluntary I composed a couple weeks ago for the Offertory of Sunday Mass. It's a quiet, meditative composition.

Hey there.

I just made my first music upload from my new Zoom H4 recording device. If you notice, the Prelude and Fugue in E minor is recorded and uploaded separately. Why is this? When I kept trying to perform the music, the recorder would say that the memory was full. The reason for this is because I had the recorder on the highest quality setting. The memory of the H4 can only hold so much in the highest quality format. So what does that mean? I'd perform the whole approx. 5 min. piece, and only 3 minutes and 25 seconds would hold. Then I decreased the quality of the recording and, for ease, recorded the two pieces separately.
